Müjde Tönbekici is a hotel manager, guide, explorer, chemical engineer, cook, building contractor, and a witness to the developments in Şirince during the past years, talks about her experiences gathered throughout her process of refurbishing and constructing the Nisanyan Houses together with Sevan Nisanyan. At this seminar, Tönbekici talks about the connection of the Nişanyan Houses to the local architecture and relationship with the village, the difficulties they faced and their successes; mentioning stories about the village, their traditions and customs.
