Berat Çokal works as an educator in gastronomy and architecture, he gives classes on History of Gastronomy and European cuisine at Kadir Has University Vatel Business School;, he gives introductory courses to the Space, Cultural Identity, Futurist Environment, Landscape Architecture and Interior Architecture at Altınbaş University. He is the founder of United Experiences, providin counsel for user experience in interiors and writes gastronomic articles in various journals. At the same time he continues to research on ecological agriculture, permaculture and local nutrition in the farm he founded together with his family in Tuzaklı Village in Bursa Uludağ.
