1985, Architect, Duzce University, Ph.D. candidate in Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University

Being graduated from Middle East Technical University Department of Architecture, she received her master’s degree as M.S. from METU, Department of Urban Policy Planning in 2015. Her thesis, entitled as ‘The Impacts of Post-disaster Spatial Structure on Low Income Women’ proposes an intersection of disaster, gender and spatial studies while discussing ‘production of space’ through experiences of women.

Since 2012 she has been working in Duzce University as an architect. She also contributes to the courses held in the Department of Architecture. Along with 2015 she studies Sociology in Anadolu University Second University Program. She is carrying out her academic studies in MSGSU, Department of Urban Planning as a PhD Candidate since 2016.
